1. They're betting you won't call a lawyer
The most common angle in long-running injury ads: the insurance company wants you to settle fast and cheap. Joy's line already says it perfectly.
Six Facebook and Instagram ads cut from the videos Joy already shot. Each uses the format the top-spending injury advertisers run right now: a headline bar that names who it's for, big captions (most people watch with sound off), and an end card that tells people which button to tap. Under each video is the ad text that would run with it.

Passengers are almost never at fault, so nearly everyone who watches this qualifies. The big lead-gen and rideshare advertisers push this "more than one policy" angle hard.
"Don't give a recorded statement" is the topic that built the biggest lawyer accounts on TikTok. It's useful advice, so people watch it to the end.
Naming the state in the first line consistently beats a generic opening. Joy's "exhausted people accept lower offers" line is relatable and true.
A short selfie-style clip. Close-up and personal like this tends to hold attention best. We cut the "Hi, I'm Joy" opening so it starts on the hook.
The Georgia version of ad 2, using Joy's second take, so the two can be tested against each other.
The tap happens on Facebook's button under the video, not inside it. Every video now ends with a card that says which button to tap, with an arrow pointing at it. After the tap, the steps below turn a viewer into a signed case.
Ads 1, 2, 4 and 6 use Get Quote, which opens a short form inside Facebook with their name and phone already filled in. Ad 3 uses Call Now, which rings (470) 444-7109 directly. Ad 5 uses Learn More, which sends them to bossinjury.com.
Then name, phone, email and state (filled in by Facebook). Privacy policy: bossinjury.com/privacy. Thank-you screen: "Thanks. Joy's team will call you in the next few minutes from (470) 444-7109," with a Call button.
This step decides most cases. Only about 5 to 10% of social leads sign, and the firm that calls first usually gets them.
For each lead, mark one of: signed, not a case, or couldn't reach. We send the signed cases back to Facebook so it shows the ads to more people like them. That's why results usually get better in months 2 to 4.
The scripts in these clips were strong. A few small changes will make the next batch even easier to turn into ads:
